This album was recorded in July 2007, but for several reasons it remained unreleased until now.
This was a crazy project by three top Italian improvisers, covering different kind of music, in terms of periods and styles.

The musical tracks are interpolated with ambient and field recordings, and some snippets from old records, in the typical Merlinesque post-production’s style.

The Trio lasted for a couple of seasons, performing a few gigs around Italy. Upon suggestion of a well-known producer, the master of this recording was sent (in December 2007) to Blue Note Records, but as usual, the artists never received any kind of reply. After this attempt, this master tape was buried in the vaults for twelve years. Too bad!
But now it’s here in your hand and we hope you’ll enjoy it.
